the staff helped with cab arrangements and were very friendly and helpful. the room became cold during my absences.

Had a decent stay, but my room was pretty dusty and needed better cleaning.

We had a grand time at the hotel! The staff, especially Batuhan and Taha, were an absolute delight, making us feel welcome from the get-go. Only downside was breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety. it was a lovely stay!

Had a lekka chill in our Superior Room, nice and spacious with a balcony to soak up the views. The brekkie was decent with some tasty Turkish treats, and the staff were super friendly, especially Ahmet—he went all out to help us sorted. access to a nearby CarrefourSA was a major plus!

Only bummer was the basic amenities in the room. could’ve done with a few more little touches like a razor or brush.

The breakfast buffet dazzled with rich variety, especially the toasted bread that was crispy and flavorful! The staff, particularly Mohammed, was proactive in solving any hiccups, making our stay feel more comfy.

Breakfast quality lacked variety and management, with guests experiencing inconsistency in offerings. essential room amenities were not adequately stocked, and some reported issues with cleanliness, including unpleasant odors in the rooms. the response to service requests could be slow, which dampened the overall experience.

Room cleanliness was well-maintained, and the location felt secure with convenient amenities nearby. the dining options left much to be desired, primarily due to menu limitations and poor flexibility around food delivery policies, which felt restrictive and unnecessary. Wi-Fi connectivity issues also marred the experience, making it tough to stay connected during our stay.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious Deluxe Suite that was perfectly suited for our family needs. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Banu and Ebru during breakfast, who were so patient with our toddler. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular attractions like Galata Bridge and Eminönü, which made our family outings enjoyable. The variety at breakfast was delightful, and the chef's dedication to guest satisfaction stood out.

A Cozy Stay with Helpful Staff

The front desk team stood out with their professionalism and courtesy. The location, just a short walk to Sisli shopping, made exploring easy. Opt for a higher floor for better views and avoid breakfast to explore local cafés for a more satisfying meal.

It was just a fitting option for a mini-vacation in Istanbul with great value for money. I enjoyed how Mr Murat surprised me with a complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. Choose a higher floor for better views.

the ramada hotel & suites sisli is a really nice place! the room was super comfy, clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 nights. the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were always smiling and trying to help even when they struggled with english. they made us feel welcome, especially the nice lady in the morning. i would defo stay here again!
